Inspired by the magic of the moon,

I created this piece with an illuminated

moon as part of the vignette. 

The figure is hand-sculpted from polymer clay over a wire armature and costumed with feathers and cotton fabric. The moon and the base are made from mixed media.

The moon is battery powered.

Measurements of this piece is 18 x 10 inches.
Size of the figure is 7 inches in her position

(about 1/6 scale) 

Moonlight is part of a private collection.

However, she went without her base. This will be a good opportunity to create another moon figure similar like her.
